TQPro · Cruise Management
Ships, cabin categories, port schedules, pricing tiers, mandatory fees, seasonal adjustments — every sailing different. Managing it in spreadsheets means pricing errors, missed allotments, and bookings that take too long.
Build your cruise portfolio, price it right, and book with confidence.
Five KPI counters give you the portfolio snapshot — areas, ships, itineraries, active sailings, total bookings. The hierarchy tree on the left lets you drill from cruise line to ship to specific routes instantly. Itinerary cards on the right show sailings at a glance.
An itinerary is a reusable route template — it defines the path, not the dates. Build it once with the full port sequence, arrival and departure times, and sea days. Then every weekly departure from January through April simply references this template. Same route, different dates, different passengers.
Define cabin prices and mandatory charges on the itinerary template. When you bulk-create 16 sailings, all 16 inherit these prices automatically. Adjust only the exceptions — peak weeks, promotions, last-minute deals.
