9:00 AM — Contract on the Desk

Fatima, hotel contracting manager, has just finalised a new contract with the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR for Winter 2026. The PDF has three markets, six room types, four meal plans, and an early bird promotion. She opens TQPro Hotel Management and clicks "Add Hotel."

9:05 AM — Hotel Record Created

Name, code, city, area, stars, contract type — done in under 2 minutes. She sets infant age to 2, child age to 12, check-in 15:00, check-out 12:00, release days 7, and pastes the cancellation policy into Terms & Conditions. The hotel record is live.

9:10 AM — Six Room Types

She navigates to the Rooms tab and adds six room types: Standard Sea View, Deluxe Room, Premium Room, Junior Suite, One-Bedroom Suite, Royal Suite. Each room takes 30 seconds. Occupancy limits, extra bed policies, and bedding configurations entered for each.

9:15 AM — Meal Plans Assigned

She clicks "Assign Plans" and checks BB, HB, FB, and AI. She enters adult and child costs for each: HB supplement AED 85 / AED 45, FB supplement AED 140 / AED 75, AI supplement AED 220 / AED 110. Save All.

9:20 AM — Rate Calendar, UAE Market

She opens the pricing wizard for Standard Sea View, UAE market. Step 1: Nov 1 – Mar 31, special days Thu-Fri, Available. Step 2: AED 650 DBL, SGL −AED 100, extra bed AED 180, special day AED 820, MLOS 2 nights. Step 3: Meal supplements auto-populate. Step 4: Review — 152 days loaded. Save.

9:25 AM — Copy Rates, Adjust, Repeat

She clicks "Copy Rates" and copies Standard Sea View to Deluxe Room. Opens the Deluxe calendar and adjusts the base rate from 650 to 780. Repeat for the remaining four rooms — each copy-and-adjust takes 90 seconds. GCC and ROW markets follow the same pattern.

9:55 AM — Promotion Created

She navigates to Promotions and creates "EBIRD-RIXOS-W26": booking window Sep 1–Oct 31, stay window Nov 1–Mar 31, 15% off base rate, minimum 3 nights, all rooms, all markets. Save.

10:00 AM — Done

Fatima checks the rate calendar. The heatmap shows solid green across November to March for all rooms and markets, with blue cells on Thursdays and Fridays. No grey gaps.
